I had the surgery done back in Oct.2009 at Summerlin Hospital by Dr. Warren K Volker he assured me that it would help with the need to urinate so often and would tighten everything up. Since the surgery I have experienced insane discomfort and burning during sex the need to urinate is worse than it was prior to having it done and very sharp unbearable pain where the incision is located.
